Frozen orders arrive still frozen or even partially frozen on the hottest days. They do a great job packing products for shipping. Unfortunately my dogs were not a fan of the new Natural Cravings. I'll miss Solutions Pet Products!

We've been using Omorog Raw Pet food for our dog for years and they are the best. We most appreciate their customer service including personalized recommendations. We've had to investigate different health issues for our dog and needed to tailor his food accordingly based on vet recs and Shyla was always happy to provide ideas and suggestions! We've used a couple of different foods over the years but K9 Kravings and Natural Cravings are our favorites.
