Return of dry foods, clothing, accessories, and toys that are unopened and re-sellable is accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for return delivery fees unless an error was made on our part. Please email us at info@OmorogRawPetFood.com so we can create a return label.
Frozen products are not eligible for returns.
