Shipping Policies

Order fulfillment: Most orders received before 8:00 AM will ship the same day, if the items ordered are in stock. Inventory turnover happens quickly, so discrepancies regarding availability may occur. Omorog Raw Dog Food is not responsible for those discrepancies. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipping does not occur on national holidays.

Due to supply chain and parcel carrier issues, we can not guarantee when an order will arrive. Any timeline given by Omorog Raw Pet Food is an estimate. Please order in a timely fashion or sign up for subscriptions to avoid delays in product delivery.

FROZEN/PERISHABLE GOODS:

Frozen goods are shipped in insulated boxes and packaged with dry ice. DO NOT TOUCH DRY ICE UNBOXING YOUR ORDER.

$139 Order Minimum Order (before any taxes) For Frozen Pet Products. Multiple Frozen goods can be ordered together to reach the $139 minimum. Must consist of at least $139 of frozen products.

Frozen orders are shipped in insulated coolers and packed with dry ice. Orders will only be shipped Monday-Thursday. Most orders placed prior to 12pm Wednesday will be shipped the same week. Items that are temporarily out of stock may cause some delays.
